Back in November, I hinted that a lot has been happening in my backyard. Some of it, literal. Most of it, internal.

Over the last few years, my world has expanded in ways I didn’t fully plan for: new brands, a podcast, and a book. What started as a single business slowly turned into multiple pillars, each serving a different purpose but all connected by the same values.

And here’s the honest part: they were starting to feel scattered.

So instead of continuing to spread them across different platforms, folders, and mental Post-it notes, I decided to do something about it.

I’ve been quietly working on creating one central home: a HUB where all of these pillars can live under one roof, connected and intentional.

Since we’re kicking off 2026, this feels like the right time to start opening the doors and letting you see what’s coming.

The First Announcement: My Personal Logo

Today, I’m starting with something small on the surface, but meaningful at its core: my personal logo.

This wasn’t a quick sketch or a “let’s just get something done” kind of project. I’ve spent the last three months designing, tweaking, refining, questioning, editing, and reshaping it (sometimes obsessively) until it felt aligned with who I’m becoming, not who I was ten or twenty years ago.

Every line has intention.
Every curve tells part of the story.
Every color represents a chapter of the journey.

It reflects resilience, movement, and evolution. The understanding that nothing meaningful stays static forever. Just like business. Just like life.

Below, I’m sharing the story behind the logo, because context always matters, especially when you’re building something meant to last.

The RM Logo Story

Every logo tells a story.
This one tells mine.

The Initials

The mark begins with R M (my initials) but over time they’ve come to mean more than just my name.

  • R stands for Resilience, Resourcefulness, Readiness

The ability to move forward, figure things out, and stay committed. Even when the moment stretches me.

  • M stands for Movement, Mindset, Meaning

A reminder to stay curious, keep improving, and make sure the work I do has purpose behind it.

These qualities built my career long before I ever drew the letters.

The Orbit

Circling the initials is an open orbit: a visual snapshot of my life in motion.

Some areas of the line are thicker, showing where time has sharpened my skills, deepened my confidence, and added experience that can’t be taught in a classroom.

Other areas thin out, echoing how aging softens the body, tempers the mind, and slowly sands away the illusion that we ever know everything.

The orbit doesn’t close because I’m still evolving. As a person, professional, and creator. The journey continues…

The Colors

The color palette reflects confidence without noise. Strong enough to feel intentional, but calm enough to let the work speak louder than the branding.

The Tagline

Different Brands, Same High Standard.

Over the years, new opportunities crossed my path and new ventures took shape, but one thing never changed:

I do the work to the standard I believe in, or I don’t do it at all.

Why I’m Sharing This

Not to impress. Not to rebrand for the sake of rebranding. But because clarity matters. Alignment matters. And sometimes growth requires you to pause, zoom out, and create a structure that supports where you’re heading next.

This HUB is exactly that for me.
